Nicole’s teachings emerge from a deep admiration for the magic and resilience inherent in every individual. Once grappling with her own mental health challenges, she embarked on a journey of spiritual devotion and self-love, and yoga was a key part of her recovery. As a dedicated mother to four remarkable souls, they serve as her daily inspiration to follow her passion and love to teach and share the gift of yoga. Guided by her journey, she leads others from a place of awe and gratitude for the gift of existence. Her intention is for participants to depart her classes feeling nourished, with a deeper sense of peace and more accepting of who they are.
