Jo Allbutt

Jo’s teaching ethos emerges from a profound compassion for others, forged through personal challenges. Despite inner struggles with self-doubt during her journey to become a yoga teacher, she found solace and resilience through years of practice. Jo has found yoga to be a constant source of grounding, easing of the body, calming of the mind, and harmonizing the breath. Her aim is to share this transformative experience with students, cultivating a sense of inner ease and

fostering an inclusive and supportive yoga community. She finds inspiration in the words of Rumi, whose timeless wisdom resonates deeply: “Life is a balance between holding on and letting go”, and “Do not feel lonely, the entire universe is inside you”. 

Jo’s classes are: Compassionate, Grounding and Inclusive
